The new taste of Soplica is the result of a combination of ripe and aromatic mirabelle with Polish spirit, according to traditional recipes. Seasonal summer tincture is the first alcohol on the mass market tasting these slightly sour fruit.
Mirabelle is a very juicy, aromatic and sweet variety of plum that, when matured in the summer sun, acquires a characteristic, orange-red colour.
